Since his admission to the bar in 1975, Ray Hackbarth has endeavored to develop his expertise in construction, real estate, and business related transactions and litigation, and bankruptcy. He advises contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, property owners and business people about resolving their legal concerns practically and cost effectively. Ray is available to his Clients for legal counsel, when the need arises.
Having completed the prestigious mediation training program at the Strauss Institute at Pepperdine University, Hackbarth is available to serve as a mediator and arbitrator. He is currently a member of the Federal Bankruptcy Mediation Panel.
Hackbarth is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the New York State Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association's Construction, Real Estate, Trial Lawyers, and Commercial Law & Bankruptcy sections, as well as the Peter M. Elliot Inn of Court . He is also a member of the Orange County, California and National Association of Realtors.
